Create a New Password
The DI Client Gateway is available to Digital Insight clients only. Please follow these steps to create a new password to access the site:
- Ensure contact@diclientgateway.com is added to your email contacts so you can receive information from us about the DI Client Gateway.
- Enter your business email address.
- If the email is recognized, you will receive an email within 5 minutes with instructions on how to change your password
- If your email is not recognized a red box will appear with an error message. This typically happens because you have not yet created an account to access the DI Client Gateway. You may want to try another email address or create a new account.
